I have been practicing Yoga since the mid 90’s and teaching in the Arundel area since 2008. My own experience of Yoga has taught me to be happy in the here and now, not just on ‘automatic pilot’.

My approach encourages you to be attentive to both physical and mental tensions, allowing your mind, body and breath to work together to promote genuine well-being, not only on the Yoga mat but throughout your daily life.

This website will help you discover the health benefits of regular Yoga practice, my individual teaching style and where and when I teach.
