About Sally Arundel Yoga

I gained a passion for health, wellbeing and Yoga in my early 30’s. I soon discovered the benefits of regular Yoga practice, on a physical level my running and swimming improved through better breath awareness.

On a psychological level I began to overcome the insomnia I’d suffered from since childhood. Though most importantly, I loved the way it made me feel and the calmness it brought to my busy life as a tour operator.

My quest for learning more about Yoga took me in many directions over the following years and I feel I have been very fortunate to have studied with so many influential teachers from the many different schools of Yoga. In 2007, I embarked upon the 18 month course with The Yoga Academy.

My teaching style is greatly influenced by my teachers past and present and I teach a variety of different Hatha Yoga classes focused towards peoples differing levels of experience.

I enjoy being creative and experimental with my classes – working with a variety of themes and ideas to include different sequences and a range of static postures to help students deepen their practice and understanding of Yoga.

I believe my passion for Yoga and the benefits it brings make my classes informative, enjoyable and rewarding.
